Hairdresser And Stylist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our women-only salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services, with a deep understanding of the latest trends in women’s hair fashion. The stylist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and maintaining the high standards of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, styling, and treatments (e.g., keratin, protein, botox).
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Stay up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools in compliance with salon health and safety standards.
• Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service and professional attitude.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with other stylists and salon staff to create a welcoming and professional environment.
• Respect and maintain the privacy and comfort of all female clients in accordance with the salon’s women-only policy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a hair stylist in a salon setting.
• Professional certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology.
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling for all hair types.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Knowledge of hair care products and tools.
• Must be female, as this is a women-only salon environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with bridal or special occasion hairstyles.
• Familiarity with hair treatments (e.g., keratin, scalp treatments).
• Multi-lingual abilities (Arabic/English) are a plus.
