We are hiring for a Senior Hairstylist.

Leveraging your extensive knowledge and skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques, you'll collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life while offering professional advice and recommendations. Additionally, you'll mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the salon.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments with precision and creativity.
• Should know - Ombre, Balayage, hair color mixing.
• Should be experienced with different hair products

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a hairstylist in a salon environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
• Proficiency in cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques for diverse hair types and textures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
