Hairstylist

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Hairstylist / Head Spa Specialist who is passionate about restorative hair and scalp treatments.

This role focuses on natural, wellness-based approaches to hair care emphasizing scalp health, hydration, and relaxation rather than styling or chemical processes.

The ideal candidate understands the connection between inner wellbeing and outer beauty, can perform detailed scalp analysis, and is eager to learn and apply Blaura’s own treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scalp and hair treatments designed to restore balance, strength, and vitality.
• Conduct scalp and hair analysis to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Deliver therapeutic head massages and cleansing rituals that enhance circulation and relaxation.
• Learn and apply Blaura’s in-house restorative protocols for holistic hair and scalp care.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of natural ingredients, oils, and wellness-based hair therapies.
• Ensure exceptional hygiene, safety, and organization of tools, products, and workstations.
• Educate clients on scalp health, at-home care, and natural maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with the Spa & Salon Manager to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to creating a calm, healing, and professional salon environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hair or scalp treatment services within wellness centers, spas, or holistic salons.
• Strong knowledge of scalp anatomy, analysis techniques, and natural treatment methods.
• Experience performing restorative hair treatments and head massages.
• Excellent hygiene standards and attention to detail.
• Genuine interest in wellness, holistic beauty, and natural care.
• Professional appearance and calm, client-centered demeanor.
• Fluent in English with good communication and consultation skills.
