Full Job Description

We arelooking for full-time Air Ticketing / Reservation Officer for domestic and international air ticketing. The personnel must also be familiar with selling hotels and tour packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage Hajj & Umrah packages for individuals and groups
• Provide accurate guidance on visa processing, documentation, and travel requirements
• Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and Ziyarat arrangements
• Assist clients with religious guidelines and travel preparations
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and ground operators
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and after-sales support
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and travel policies
• Manage group departures and provide on-ground support if required
• Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Hajj & Umrah operations or travel consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah rituals and procedures
• Familiarity with visa processing and travel systems (e.g., GDS, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle group bookings and multitask efficiently
• Fluency in English (Arabic/Urdu is a plus)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Candidate must have a minimum 4 years of experience in the similar field
• Candidate must be familiar with any GDS (Sabre preferred), fare construction, fare rules, and ticketing
• Understanding of travel documents including passports and visas
• Minimum education is Intermediate
• Good customer dealing skills and basic English language communication skills
• Age 18 to 45 (males and females)
