Position Overview:
The Handover Officer is responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of handing over completed properties to clients. This role ensures the delivery of a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience, by coordinating appointments, preparing documentation, conducting on-site walkthroughs, and facilitating timely resolution of any handover-related queries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property handovers between developer and client.
- Schedule and conduct snagging and inspection appointments.
- Ensure all necessary handover documents are complete and accurate, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Oqood certificates, property registration documents, and snagging reports.
- Address and escalate any client concerns or issues during the handover process, ensuring timely resolution.
- Help manage and respond to post-handover queries, including any issues related to snagging or final documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as Handover Officer with a real estate developer in Dubai.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Arabic)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with real estate documentation and processes (Oqood, SPA, project registration).
