Handyman

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency Drywall, Paint, Tile, Doors & Windows, Carpentry, Flooring, and Communication.

This is a service call position in high end homes. Customer service and interpersonal skills required. Some jobs will be 2-3 hours, some jobs will be 2-3 days.

Must have vehicle and tools and ability to document your work.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
• Install, repair, or replace fixtures such as faucets, light fixtures, and cabinetry.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong background in general maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
