Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled <PERSON> to join our team as a Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor. In this vital role, you will lead maintenance operations across our manufacturing and residential facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, oversee complex systems, and foster a proactive maintenance culture. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across manufacturing and residential sites, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics to troubleshoot and repair automated systems and machinery
• Perform electrical work, including wiring, circuit testing with ohmmeters, and interpreting electrical schematics to maintain facility operations
• Conduct welding and mechanical repairs on equipment, structures, or machinery as needed
• Oversee facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, painting (including residential painting), and general upkeep
• Manage maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inspections, and asset history
• Lead a team of technicians by providing supervision, training, and fostering a safety-first environment while ensuring high-quality customer service standards are met

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments
• Strong electrical experience with knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, equipment repair, or mechanical installations
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and ohmmeters for diagnostics
• Experience in residential painting or general building maintenance is advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and promote safety compliance
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination

Pay: $20.00 - $30.05 per hour
