Handyman – Cook Technology (Full-Time, Local)

ook Technology is a small local office looking for a dependable handyman to help maintain our workspace. This role focuses on basic office repairs and upkeep, with occasional help needed for small home projects.

What you’ll do:

• Handle general maintenance (light electrical, plumbing, HVAC fixes)
• Check the office regularly for any issues and fix them early
• Help with furniture setup and small improvement tasks
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with simple home repairs when needed
• Follow safety guidelines and do quality work

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in maintenance or handyman work
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Pays attention to detail and keeps things clean
• Can work independently
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have:

• Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
• Experience with office or home maintenance
