Next Level Landscaping is a fast-growing outdoor living company specializing in high-end hardscapes and property transformations. Our projects include patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and complete backyard builds.

We run professional crews, use top-tier equipment, and focus on efficiency, quality, and clean finishes. We are looking for experienced foremen who can lead projects from start to finish.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead install crews on residential and commercial projects. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, job site management, and the ability to produce high-quality work efficiently.

You will be responsible for executing projects correctly, managing your crew, and ensuring every job meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 2–5 installers
• Run hardscape projects from layout to final cleanup
• Read and execute site plans, elevations, and designs
• Perform and oversee:
• Excavation and site prep
• Base installation (proper depth, compaction, grading)
• Paver and natural stone installation
• Retaining walls and block systems
• Drainage solutions
• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, plate compactor, saws)
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to spec
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate with management and occasionally clients
• Train crew members and maintain production efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hardscape installation experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven experience as a foreman or crew leader
• Strong knowledge of:
• ICPI standards (preferred)
• Proper base prep and compaction
• Grading and drainage
• Paver patterns and cuts
• Ability to run equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to read layouts and work independently
• Strong leadership, accountability, and attention to detail

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (with occasional Saturdays in peak season)
• 40–50+ hours per week

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
