Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman, Landscape Hardscape to lead and oversee the installation, construction, and maintenance of hardscape elements within landscape projects. In this role, you will supervise a team of skilled workers, coordinate project activities, and ensure that all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations. Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape construction workers in installing hardscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and other masonry elements.
• Coordinate daily project activities, including material procurement, scheduling, and task delegation to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee site preparation, excavation, grading, and foundation work to guarantee structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to interpret project plans and specifications for accurate execution.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, labor hours, materials used, and safety reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape construction with a focus on hardscape installation and maintenance.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor construction or landscaping projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping principles including lawn care, gardening, horticulture, irrigation systems, and tree care.
• Familiarity with construction techniques related to masonry work, concrete pouring, drainage solutions, and site preparation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in outdoor construction environments.
