Hardware Engineer

Technical Skills

• RTL Design and Verification
• Proficiency in RTL design using System Verilog (able to develop emulation-friendly codes) and System Verilog DPI developments.
• Experience with RTL verification methodologies such as UVM (simulation acceleration).
• Knowledge of VCS simulation (VCS model build and run).
• Experience in C/C++-based testbench development for emulation model health checks (hybrid models).
• Emulation Tools and Technologies
• Familiarity with ZeBu emulation platform and tools.
• Knowledge of FPGA-based prototyping and emulation techniques.
• Experience with emulation software like ZeBu zTune.
• Debugging and Analysis
• Strong debugging skills using tools like Verdi/nWave.
• Ability to analyze and interpret emulation results and logs.
• Scripting and Automation
• Proficiency in scripting languages (TCL is a must; Python and Perl are desirable). Scripting languages are required for automation of emulation tasks.
• Experience with build-and-run automation frameworks (make).
• Proficient in Git tools.
• System-level Understanding
• Knowledge of SoC (System on Chip) architecture and design.
• Understanding of hardware/software co-design and co-verification.
