Parts Sales Associate

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours for part-time positions.
• Typical shifts are 8 hours.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly and welcoming approach, building lasting relationships.
• Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their upgrade needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Process sales transactions, handle cashiering duties, and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory by stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Embrace and promote the Harley-Davidson® lifestyle.

Requirements:

• Parts and Accessories Sales experience.
• Self-motivated individuals with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for motorcycles.
• Willingness to become knowledgeable and proficient in parts and accessories.
• Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and a natural ability to connect with customers.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
