We are seeking a seasoned
HC Strategy Consultant
to drive the translation of Human Capital strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in organizational performance, KPI design, and strategic reporting, with a strong consulting background and the ability to influence at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Translate HC strategic objectives into detailed implementation roadmaps.

Define and monitor KPIs aligned with organizational goals and HC priorities.

Ensure initiatives are measurable, impactful, and aligned with business strategy.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Develop initiative-level dashboards and reporting packs for leadership and governance committees.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and performance metrics.

Benchmarking & Market Alignment:

Conduct internal and external benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and relevance.

Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in HC strategy and organizational performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Facilitate coordination across departments to ensure seamless execution of HC initiatives.

Identify and resolve delivery barriers through proactive stakeholder engagement.
Candidate Profile:

Minimum
8 years of experience
in HC strategy, organizational performance, or related consulting roles.

Proven track record in
KPI design
, performance measurement, and
benefits realization frameworks
.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.

Experience in
executive-level reporting
and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Consulting experience with exposure to large-scale transformation projects is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
