Job Description:
We are looking for experienced HCM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves supporting and implementing key HCM modules with a focus on payroll, integrations, and reporting.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – Functional
• Expertise in US Payroll and payroll compliance
• Hands-on experience with HR Helpdesk processes
• Strong knowledge of Fast Formula configuration and customization
• Experience in HCM Extracts and Integrations
• Hands-on experience with HCM BI / OTBI reporting
• Requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, and UAT support
• Coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders
