HDPE Pipe Technician

• Review blue prints to understand the requirements
• Set & modify specifications
• Inspect & prepare sites for construction operations
• Preparing working materials by clamping, cutting or applying chemical solutions to piping
• Measure & cut pipes according to the requirements and join them by various methods
• Weld, assemble & lubricate pipes
• Installation of HDPE / UPVC pipe
• Welding and joining of HDPE / UPVC, GRP, ARC pipe.
• Testing and commissioning of a high pressure water line.
• Test functionality of hydraulic and other systems
• All Mechanical and fittings work at site.
• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules and all company policies and procedures
• Perform minor maintenance of cleaning of tools and equipments
• Testing piping systems for leaks and observing gauges attached to the pipes for indication of leaks.
• Repair malfunctions, breakages or leaks
• Assembling & installation of a variety of material or non-metal pipes and pipe fittings
