Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Head Architect with 10–15 years of experience to lead and manage architectural operations for international construction projects. The role involves overseeing design, coordination, and execution while working closely with US and Gulf-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the architectural design team
• Review, approve, and finalize architectural drawings and plans
• Ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and estimation teams
• Communicate with international clients during shift hours
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards
• Support construction estimation and project planning activities

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10–15 years of professional experience in architecture and construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Experience with international (US & Gulf) projects preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift
