Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bakery team during daily production.
- Ensure all breads, pastries, and baked goods are produced according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Organize and monitor the bakery production schedule to meet operational needs.
- Check product quality, freshness, and presentation before service.
- Manage ingredient usage, monitor stock levels, and report shortages.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Train and guide junior bakers to maintain consistent baking practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the bakery workstation and equipment.
- Monitor waste and support cost control in bakery production.
- Coordinate with kitchen management for special orders and daily requirements.
