Flaky Pastry Croissant Co is looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our specialty coffee team and uphold the highest standards in coffee quality, service, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train the barista team to deliver exceptional coffee experiences.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality in line with specialty coffee standards.
• Oversee daily coffee bar operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
• Support menu development, seasonal offerings, and coffee cupping sessions.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Engage customers with deep product knowledge and genuine hospitality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of barista experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or head barista role.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, latte art, and coffee origins.
• Experience with calibration, grinder adjustments, and machine maintenance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
• Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
