- Oversee and manage all hospitality operations for the Chairman, senior executives, and visiting international partners.
- Supervise a team of butlers, valets, chefs, stewards, chauffeurs, and housekeeping staff across multiple properties.
- Coordinate and maintain daily schedules, travel itineraries, and special event arrangements.
- Ensure the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and service in every environment—office, home, or travel.
- Manage VIP guest relations, ensuring their comfort, privacy, and personalized experience at all times.
- Coordinate with the Private Jet, Security, and Lifestyle teams for smooth global travel experiences.
- Oversee fine dining service, wine pairing, table setup, wardrobe management, and protocol adherence.
- Manage inventory of luxury goods, linens, fine cutlery, and premium household items.
- Plan and execute high-profile events, dinners, and corporate hospitality gatherings.
- Liaise with hotel managers, concierge teams, and embassies for global travel logistics and special arrangements.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality, discipline, and discretion in handling personal and professional matters.
- Train and mentor new staff to uphold the elite service standards of Shya Exports.
- Ensure smooth operation of residential and office hospitality units with zero deviation from protocol.
