HEAD CHEF

Job Title: Head Chef (Indian)

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, consistency, and efficiency. Responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen team management while maintaining hygiene, safety, and cost control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain high-quality menus
• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff
• Manage inventory, food cost, and supplier orders
• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
• Maintain kitchen efficiency and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Head/Senior Chef in hotel or multi-cuisine restaurant
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of food costing & kitchen budgeting
• Creative and quality-focused approach

Nationality: Indian
Salary: QAR 5000 – 6000 + FAT (based on experience)
