Role Summary

The Head Chef is responsible for leading all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, controlling food costs, and developing innovative menu items that align with Meat Corner’s brand identity and customer expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Leadership & Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate all kitchen staff including sous chefs, line cooks, prep cooks, and kitchen assistants.
  • Organize kitchen operations efficiently during service hours.
  • Develop staff schedules and manage kitchen manpower requirements.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and a professional kitchen culture.
