Head Florist (Russian Speaker)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Head Florist to lead our floral team and manage the daily operations of the flower shop/studio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about floral artistry, skilled in creating bespoke arrangements, and experienced in managing inventory, customer service, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create unique floral arrangements for events, retail, and custom orders.
• Lead, train, and supervise the floristry team to ensure high-quality standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure fresh and diverse stock.
• Meet with clients to understand requirements and provide creative floral solutions.
• Oversee shop displays, seasonal themes, and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Handle budgets, pricing, and cost control for floral operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
• Keep up with floral trends, event styles, and innovative design techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Florist or Head Florist.
• Strong creative and artistic skills in floral design.
• Knowledge of flower care, handling, and seasonal availability.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating workflow.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
