We are looking for a creative, responsible, and experienced Head Graphic Designer who can lead our design team and take complete ownership of project execution, creative direction, and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, a future-focused creative mindset, and hands-on experience across branding, graphics, video, motion, 3D design, UI/UX, presentations, and Web3 visuals.
Since we work in Blockchain & Web3, candidates with prior Web3 design experience will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the design team
Plan, distribute, and execute projects within deadlines
Maintain design quality across all deliverables
Present and visualize creative ideas, strategies, and concepts
Train interns and guide junior designers
Collaborate with marketing, developers, and content teams
Oversee and approve all graphic, video, UI, and branding outputs
Take full ownership of creative project execution Required Skills & Software Knowledge
1. Graphic & Branding Design

• Logo & Brand Identity Design
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Visual design & creative campaign building

2. Video Editing, VFX & Motion Graphics

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Motion graphics & VFX understanding

3. 3D Design

• Blender
• Spline (or similar 3D design tools)

4. UI/UX Design

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Framer

5. Presentation & Documentation

• PowerPoint / Google Slides (professional PPT creation)
• MS Word / Google Docs (proposal & document creation)

6. Additional Technical Skills

• Basic CSS & Web Development Knowledge (not mandatory but required)

Bonus (Highly Preferred)

• Experience designing for Web3, Crypto, Blockchain, NFTs, Metaverse, or DeFi
• Understanding of Web3 design trends, futuristic UI, and crypto branding

Exchange or DeFi product visuals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
