• Education: An MBA in Human Resources is a must.
• Experience: 15-20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as a Head of Human Resources.
• Technologically savvy with expertise in Advanced Excel.
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Creative, smart, and intelligent with a dashing personality.
• A knack for learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain higher morale within an organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
