Position Title: Head – IT Applications

Reporting To: Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & IT Governance

• Define and execute IT application strategy aligned with business goals.
  
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across trading platforms and internal systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory bodies.

2. Application Development & Management

• Oversee development, deployment, and optimization of retail trading applications
  
• Manage front-end and back-end systems for brokerage services.
  
• Ensure seamless integration with core systems (CRM, ERP, Risk, Compliance)

3. Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Supervise cloud platforms, server infrastructure, and data centers.
  
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
  
• Drive disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

4. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Implement robust firewall and cybersecurity protocols.
  
• Monitor and respond to security incidents.
  
• Ensure data privacy and protection across all platforms.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 14-20 Years of experience
  
• Exposure to IT application in broking or BFSI sector
  
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and agile methodologies
