- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
- Reporting to the Management.
- Will head the entire HR department.
- Main responsibility is to lead the Learning & Development function independently.
- Need Learning & Development Specialist.
- Should have imparted training across all levels with the organisation.
- Should have trained at least mid and senior level Managers to impart technical and function training to their team members / departments members.
- Should have implemented cross-functional training
- Conducted training sessions on basic skills to behavioral training at all levels and can deliver on functional and technical topics with the help of the out-side trainers or internally with the respective Department Heads.
- Identify Training needs + Designing Training Calendar + Training Budget + promote culture of capability up-scaling which leads to succession planning.
- Should have handled other HR Business Partner / HR generalist role so that can lead, supervise and guide the other HR functions being the Head of the HR department.
