Head - Learning & Development

India

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development.
  • Reporting to the Management.
  • Will head the entire HR department.
  • Main responsibility is to lead the Learning & Development function independently.
  • Need Learning & Development Specialist.
  • Should have imparted training across all levels with the organisation.
  • Should have trained at least mid and senior level Managers to impart technical and function training to their team members / departments members.
  • Should have implemented cross-functional training
  • Conducted training sessions on basic skills to behavioral training at all levels and can deliver on functional and technical topics with the help of the out-side trainers or internally with the respective Department Heads.
  • Identify Training needs + Designing Training Calendar + Training Budget + promote culture of capability up-scaling which leads to succession planning.
  • Should have handled other HR Business Partner / HR generalist role so that can lead, supervise and guide the other HR functions being the Head of the HR department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
