Job Purpose:

To lead the hospital’s marketing, branding, and business development strategies aimed at increasing patient footfall, strengthening brand presence, and achieving revenue growth through effective planning, partnerships, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute the hospital’s overall marketing and business development strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, target audience, and service demand trends.
  • Set marketing objectives aligned with hospital revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team.

2. Branding & Promotion

  • Build and enhance the hospital’s brand visibility through both online and offline channels.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns, PR activities, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with media agencies for print, radio, and digital promotions.
  • Ensure consistent hospital branding across all touchpoints (signage, website, brochures, etc.).

3. Digital Marketing

  • Oversee social media presence, SEO, and online reputation management.
  • Drive digital campaigns to promote key departments and services.
  • Monitor patient feedback and online reviews for brand improvement.

4. Business Development & Networking

  • Develop tie-ups with corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and referral doctors.
  • Identify and develop community outreach programs, health camps, and CSR initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and community leaders to generate patient referrals.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Analyze patient acquisition data and campaign ROI.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and present to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Hospital Management.
  • 8–15 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving hospital revenue through marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and branding strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
