About the Role:

Assumes a twenty-four hour responsibility for managing the human and material resources of the clinic in the best effective way in order to provide a proactive, safe and quality patient centered care in an environment which encourages staff to grow

Key Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to staff in accordance with the goals of the organization
• Controls and directs the clinic to encourage quality patient care and staff satisfaction
• Coordinates and sets standards for the delivery of quality care
• Interacts effectively with patients, family and staff to maintain standards of professional care to patients and families.
• Promotes professional growth and development of nursing staff

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse, Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in dialysis
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role such as Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse
