Job Title: Head of Academics (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Head of Academics to lead and manage academic operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business and can ensure high-quality delivery of programs including GED, HND, and various diploma and short courses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic programs, faculty, and curriculum delivery
• Ensure quality standards across all courses and programs
• Develop and improve academic policies and procedures
• Monitor student performance and learning outcomes
• Lead, train, and evaluate teaching staff
• Coordinate scheduling and academic planning
• Ensure compliance with institutional and academic standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field

Strong academic management or leadership experience

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple programs and teams effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
