We are hiring Head of Admissions Strategy & Performance for a renowned University in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire admissions strategy and operations to achieve defined enrollment targets.
- Analyze admission trends, conversion ratios, and lead sources to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve student recruitment and conversion efficiency.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track progress and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to optimize campaigns based on real-time data and lead performance.
- Establish and maintain KPIs and dashboards to measure team productivity and campaign outcomes.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to align admission goals with market dynamics and program demand.
- Mentor and lead the admissions team to ensure high service quality, strong conversion results, and operational excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management Sciences.
- 8–12 years of experience in university admissions, marketing, or enrollment management.
- Proven ability to interpret conversion ratios, lead source data, and admission trends for performance planning.
- Strong command of data analytics, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding admissions targets.
