Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company’s advertising team, providing clear direction and mentorship.
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies across multiple channels to maximize reach and ROI.
- Oversee ad placements, creative production, and the design of engaging landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Define, monitor, and manage KPIs for advertising campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to drive innovation in advertising efforts.
- Build and scale the advertising team, fostering a results-driven and creative work culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior advertising role, preferably as a Head of Advertising, Advertising Director, or similar.
- Strong background in ad campaign management, creative production, and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and managing KPIs for advertising initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and grow talent.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, etc.).
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement techniques.
