Head of Architecture, Design & Facility Management

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Head of Architecture, Design & Facility Management to lead the design, execution, and maintenance of our restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in restaurant design, project execution, and facility management and should be able to work in a fast-paced expansion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create effective, functional, and cost-efficient restaurant designs

2. Develop 3D designs, renderings, and detailed shop drawings

3. Lead and complete projects within tight timelines

4. Manage project execution, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams

5. Plan and control project procurement and material sourcing

6. Verify project bills, BOQs, invoices, and payments

7. Plan and manage maintenance activities for all brand restaurants

8. Control maintenance budgets, utilities, and recurring bills

9. Ensure designs comply with brand standards and operational requirements

10. Coordinate with operations, finance, and management for smooth execution

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in 3D design, rendering, and CAD

• Strong knowledge of shop drawings and construction documentation

• Experience in budgeting, BOQs, and cost control

• Strong vendor and team management skills

• Excellent understanding of restaurant layouts and workflows

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
