We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in scaling business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the business development team to achieve high performance and target success.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and emerging trends.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine value propositions and go to market strategies.
- Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Set KPIs, track performance, and provide regular reports to the senior leadership team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
