We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue expansion. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in scaling business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the business development team to achieve high performance and target success.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and emerging trends.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine value propositions and go to market strategies.
  • Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and provide regular reports to the senior leadership team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or growth leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Gulshan-e-iqbal Block 13D-1

Shift:
Night (8pm to 5pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs350,000.00 - Rs550,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business Development: 6 years (Preferred)
