Head of Business Development – Cash Services

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead growth initiatives for our Cash Services / Cash-in-Transit (CIT) division in the UAE. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships (particularly within the banking sector), leading a business development team, and driving revenue growth in line with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales leadership background in cash management or secure logistics, and an established network within the UAE banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and manage the business development team to drive high performance
  • Review and enhance sales proposals, presentations, and client pitches
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address escalations, and implement improvement actions
  • Analyse financial and commercial data to support pricing, profitability, and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional and branding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and contractual obligations
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for senior management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within cash management, cash-in-transit, or secure logistics
  • Strong understanding of cash services, valuables transport, and banking operations
  • Established network of contacts within the UAE banking and financial services sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED28,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
