Head of Business Operations, Tity Global Pvt Ltd. The Head of Business Operations oversees and optimizes daily operations across multiple regions and departments. This senior leadership role drives operational excellence, aligns operations with company strategy, builds cross-functional teams, manages resources, and ensures compliance to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Tity Global’s goals.
• Lead business operations functions (finance, HR, IT, supply chain, customer service, project management).
• Oversee global operational processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Analyse data for actionable insights.
• Foster collaboration and consensus.
• Manage risk, audits, and quality assurance.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
• Oversee budgeting, cost optimisation, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with senior leadership for business planning and execution.
• Drive change management and technology implementations.
• Serve as a key escalation point for issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior business operations or management role, preferably global.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent data analysis and performance measurement skills.
• Proficiency with industry-specific software and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
