We’re Hiring: Head of Business & Operations (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fronters, upsellers, web developers, designers, and other team members
• Drive sales growth while maintaining client satisfaction and trust
• Oversee client relationships, ensuring no clients are lost due to mismanagement
• Approve hiring and expand the team as needed (with CEO/COO approval)
• Monitor team performance and make sure no scams, fraud, or harmful practices occur
• Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all client interactions
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, operations, and client retention
• Ensure smooth collaboration between sales and development teams

Key Requirements (Must-Have):

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a digital agency, IT services, or web development company
• Strong sales and business development background (domestic & international clients)
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (sales + developers/designers)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work in USA business hours
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of growing sales and retaining clients

Bonus (Preferred):

• Experience in hiring and building teams in digital/IT sector
• Familiarity with CRM tools, project management systems, and KPIs
• Strong understanding of web design, development, and digital marketing trends

Location & Type: Full-time | Remote & On-site | Must work in USA business hours
