About the Role A leading international automotive and fintech platform is seeking a Head of Co-Buying Business Operationsto drive the expansion and operational excellence of its innovative co-buying business in the UAE. Key Responsibilities Business Operations & Process Optimization 
 - Oversee the end-to-end co-buying process to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve operational performance.
- Implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance business efficiency.
Dealer Network Growth & Customer Relations 
 - Expand the dealer network, onboarding new partners and strengthening existing relationships.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with dealers and key stakeholders.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships.
Financial Control & Transaction Oversight 
 - Ensure timely execution of sales transactions and prevent vehicle hold-ups.
- Oversee financial flows related to co-buying deals, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
- Work closely with finance teams to optimize trade financing solutions.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring 
 - Define and negotiate deal limits, pricing, and contract terms with dealers.
- Manage ongoing contract revisions and optimize deal conditions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and risk mitigation strategies.
Vehicle Procurement & Sales Management 
 - Lead the purchase and sale of vehicles, ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee repossession and resale processes when required.
Strategic Planning & Best Practices Implementation 
 - Align business operations with corporate growth objectives.
- Develop new initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and dealer engagement.
- Generate performance reports and data-driven insights for decision-making.
Team Leadership & Development 
 - Recruit, train, and manage a team of co-buying specialists.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and innovation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
 - Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams, including finance, marketing, logistics, and IT.
- Establish efficient cross-functional processes to drive business success.
Candidate ProfileExperience & Industry Background 
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive or fintech industries.
- Strong track record in automotive procurement and sales.
- Experience in international or high-growth companies is a plus.
Skills & Expertise 
 - Deep understanding of the automotive market and business financing models.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Experience working with dealer networks and B2B sales.
- Financial acumen and ability to work with data, KPIs, and analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
