We are assisting one of the UAE’s leading and most respected group, in identifying a seasoned HR Director to lead the HR function for its large-scale construction division.

The role requires a strategic HR leader with hands-on experience managing large workforces across white- and blue-collar categories, driving people strategy, and aligning HR operations with the business’s growth and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall HR strategy, policies, and systems for the construction division.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive organizational culture, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Partner with business heads to align HR practices with operational needs.
  • Manage a diverse workforce exceeding 5000+ white collared and 40,000+ blue collared employees.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within large construction, contracting, or Oil & Gas organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale manpower operations and drive strategic HR transformation.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • UAE experience is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
