- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; legal or contract management certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in contracts administration, with a strong focus on procurement and vendor management.
- Experience working in a holding company or a multi-sector corporate environment.
- Sound knowledge of contract law, procurement practices, and risk management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and contract management tools; strong MS Excel and document control skills.
- Familiarity with local procurement laws, compliance standards, and contract frameworks.
- Ability to manage high volumes of contracts and meet tight deadlines.
- Responsible for the end-to-end administration, negotiation, and management of contracts related to procurement activities across the group’s subsidiaries.
- Ensures that all contractual engagements are legally compliant, commercially viable, and aligned with the company’s procurement and operational strategies.
- Plays a key role in vendor negotiations, contract lifecycle management, risk mitigation and ensuring optimized supplier relationships and effective cost control across the organization.
- Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, vendor agreements, service level agreements, and supply chain-related legal documents.
- Ensure all procurement contracts are compliant with local legal frameworks, internal governance, and group procurement policies.
- Lead and support commercial negotiations with suppliers, vendors and service providers to secure optimal terms.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to evaluate commercial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Track contractual obligations and performance, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and compliance with deliverables.
- Maintain and update a centralized procurement contract database with version control and access protocols.
- Handle claims, disputes and variations in coordination with legal and relevant departments.
- Support tendering and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes by reviewing contract terms and advising on legal and commercial implications.
- Train procurement and project teams on contract best practices and standardization.
- Assist in the development of standardized contract templates and tools for procurement processes.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
