Procurement & Vendor Management

Lead procurement strategy and ensure value-for-money across all purchasing activities.

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key suppliers and service providers.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines.
Administrative Services

Supervise general administrative support functions, including office management and secretarial services.

Standardize administrative processes across departments to improve efficiency.

Ensure high-quality internal service delivery and support across business units.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage.

15+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Services, Procurement, Administration, or related functions.

At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.

Proven experience in procurement strategy, vendor management, and contract negotiations.

Experience leading administrative or shared services functions within a large organization.

Demonstrated success in driving operational improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract management, and supplier relationship management.

Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance requirements, and procurement regulations.

Experience with ERP systems and procurement technologies is preferred.

Strong financial and budget management capabilities.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
