Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Cybersecurity to lead enterprise security initiatives, oversee compliance frameworks, and align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust security solutions that protect assets and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity frameworks.
• Risk Management: Identify cyber risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and global cybersecurity frameworks.
• Incident Response: Lead response to security breaches and coordinate recovery efforts.
• Threat Intelligence: Monitor emerging threats and implement proactive defense measures.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of advanced security technologies such as AI-driven threat detection and zero-trust architecture.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT, operations, and compliance teams to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Mentor security professionals and foster a culture of accountability and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and GCC regulatory environments.
• Expertise in network security, cloud security, and enterprise risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in infrastructure or industrial organizations preferred.

Pay: KD1,800.000 - KD2,800.000 per month
