Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Data Science to lead our data strategy, oversee advanced analytics projects, and drive innovation in AI and machine learning. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Strategy: Define and implement enterprise-wide data science frameworks.
• Advanced Analytics: Lead projects in predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI.
• Data Governance: Ensure compliance with GCC regulations and corporate policies.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT, business units, and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights.
• Team Development: Mentor data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, evaluate model accuracy, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional technology projects preferred.
