With offices across 9 countries and a reputation for excellence, we’re expanding and looking for an experienced and multidisciplined Head of Design to help lead the charge.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a high-impact, global role. Based at our office in Islamabad, Pakistan, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands around the world. You’ll also lead and mentor a team of two graphic designers, and work with our marketing and web dev teams to deliver innovative and engaging websites and multichannel campaigns.

About the Role

As the Head of Design, you’ll join our established marketing team of 9 professionals, which currently consists of the Marketing Manager and two Senior Marketing Executives located in the UK, and four SEO Specialists and two Designers located in Pakistan. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, with the support of a dynamic and collaborative team.

You’ll take ownership of our international brands to constantly evolve them in energetic and competitive markets. You’ll develop our design systems and manage the Design team to ensure the quick turnaround of small design jobs and constant progression of larger projects, while maintaining high standards across everything we do.

This role is ideal for an accomplished Head of Design who’s looking for a fresh challenge or an experienced Senior Designer Lead who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll need to be a creative and multi-faceted designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment as well as passionate about how customer-centric brand and web design differentiates the best from the rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of two graphic designers to elevate the quality of everything we produce and take our brand to the next level.
• Lead multiple design projects from concept to multichannel deployment across online, social media, events, email, video/animation and print etc.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to implement improved design processes and best practice, including constantly evolving brand systems and regularly updated brand asset libraries etc.
• Work with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive for Brand & Comms to develop the One World Rental brand across multiple touchpoints, including creative campaigns and the refresh of our global websites etc.
• Work with the Senior Marketing Executive for Events & Operations to ensure all branded materials are designed in time for trade shows and other marketing events.
• Champion customer-centric design across the organisation.
• Oversee the design of all digital products, ensuring brand consistency and exceptional user experiences.

Who We’re Looking For

• A design professional with a minimum of 6 years’ brand and web design experience.
• Currently or previously a Head of Design or a Senior Design Lead who’s hungry for a new challenge. A minimum of 3 years’ experience of team management is required for this role.
• A natural problem solver who actively seeks ways to improve design systems and brand consistency across disparate teams.
• Proven ability to take the lead on different design initiatives and lead a design team.
• Demonstrable experience in motivating and inspiring diverse teams and educating them on the crucial role design plays in brand communications.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• A genuine passion for brand building, innovation, and global reach.
• A fluent English speaker who’s a great communicator of creative ideas and well versed in varied design methodologies and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 per month
