Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing
Location: Delhi

Position Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Digital Marketing with 15+ years of experience to lead our digital marketing function. This role requires a strong leader who can efficiently manage a multidisciplinary team while also serving as a key point of contact for client communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, data-savvy, and highly skilled in both digital marketing strategy and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team including specialists in SEO, SEM, social media, content, graphics, analytics, and performance marketing.
  • Establish clear team goals, KPIs, and performance review processes to drive accountability and professional development.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients or stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Clearly communicate marketing strategies, performance results, and campaign insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning digital strategies accordingly.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Oversee execution of campaigns across multiple digital channels including search, display, social, email, and affiliate.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, A/B testing, and continuous improvement in campaigns.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making in all digital marketing initiatives.

Innovation & Industry Trends:

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
  • Evaluate new marketing technologies and make strategic recommendations for adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading digital strategy at a senior level.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Media, social media, CRM, Automation, Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyse ROI, and align marketing with business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
