We’re Hiring – Head of Flight Scheduling & Dispatch

A premium business aviation operator delivering tailored private jet services worldwide services for VVIP.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to Lead the Flight Scheduling & Dispatch department. This pivotal role ensures seamless flight planning, operational control, and team leadership to deliver exceptional service to VIP clientele.

In addition, you will support the Company in maintaining compliance and operational standards, acting as a key link between flight operations and ground services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:

• • Lead and manage the flight scheduling and dispatch team, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Drive team performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure accurate flight briefs, weather analysis, and route planning.
  • Monitor flight progress and provide real-time operational support during irregularities.

• Regulatory & Compliance Support:

• • Ensure compliance with Aviation regulations and company SOPs.
  • Maintain and update operational manuals and documentation.
  • Support audits and compliance monitoring for ground operations.

• Coordination & Communication:

• • Act as liaison between flight crews, maintenance, and ground handling providers.
  • Ensure team is delivering superior customer service and timely communication with VIP clients regarding flight schedules.

• Emergency & Irregular Operations:

• • Participate in contingency planning and crisis response activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in flight dispatch and/or scheduling (business aviation preferred), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in flight planning systems and aviation regulations (dispatch certification preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
