About the Role
You'll own the commercial performance of four online stores spanning fashion, print-on-demand, and personalised products. This isn't a coordinator role — you're expected to set the direction, drive revenue, lead the team, and make things happen. You'll report directly to the founder and have real authority over marketing spend, product decisions, and store operations.
What You'll Own
Revenue & Targets
- Set and own monthly and quarterly sales targets across all four stores
- Monitor store performance daily — conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, abandoned carts — and act on what you see
- Identify revenue gaps early and course-correct fast
Marketing & Growth
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta and other channels — briefing, budgeting, and performance review
- Oversee organic content, email, and social calendars in coordination with the content team
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies per brand
Product Development
- Work with the founder on new product and collection decisions — what to launch, when, and at what price
- Use sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform the product roadmap
- Manage launch timelines and coordinate between production and marketing
Store Operations
- Own the Shopify stores end-to-end — merchandising, UX, promotions, and seasonal updates
- Ensure fulfilment, inventory, and operations are aligned with demand
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop existing team members across marketing, content, and operations
- Set clear KPIs per person, run weekly check-ins, and build accountability structures
- Identify gaps in the team and flag hiring needs to the founder
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior strategy role
- Hands-on with Shopify and Meta Ads — not just oversight, actually knows how both work
- Strong commercial instinct — can read numbers, spot patterns, and make decisions from data
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-store setups is a strong plus
- Fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods background preferred
- Based in Lahore, on-site
