Our client Core Bhive Services is hiring a Head of E-Commerce & Performance Marketing in Lahore.

We're Hiring: Head of E-Commerce & Performance Marketing
📍Location: Raya Fairways Commercial, DHA Phase 6, Lahore (Onsite)
 Shift: Night Shift 6pm to 3am (US Business Hours)
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership of revenue, performance marketing, Shopify operations, SEO, CRM, and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities
-Own online revenue, profitability, and growth strategy across multiple brands.
-Lead paid media across Meta, Google Search, Shopping & Performance Max.
-Manage Shopify operations, merchandising, CRO, and site performance.
-Develop SEO, CRM, email & SMS retention strategies.
-Build and lead high-performing marketing and e-commerce teams.
-Drive data-backed decision-making through GA4, GTM, attribution, and performance reporting.
-Collaborate with creative, merchandising, finance, and supply chain teams to accelerate growth.
Requirements
-6+ years of experience in E-Commerce & Performance Marketing.
-2+ years leading high-performing teams.
-Proven experience managing significant online revenue for DTC brands.
-Strong hands-on expertise in Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, CRO, SEO, and CRM.
-Excellent commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
-Strong English communication skills.
