Classera is seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead the development, architecture, and delivery of its ERP solution, covering modules such as Accounting, HR, Warehouse, Procurement, and Payroll. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and business understanding, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and customer-aligned ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide ERP engineering teams, enforcing Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices.

Oversee the full software lifecycle using .NET / .NET Core, React, and SQL Server.

Define and implement microservices, APIs, and integration with Classera’s LMS/TMS and payment systems.

Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes environments, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).

Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability improvements across ERP modules.

Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure timely, quality releases.

Translate customer and business requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions.

Act as the technical lead in managing customization requests and system enhancements.
Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven expertise in .NET / .NET Core, React, and enterprise software architecture.

Deep knowledge of Clean Architecture, design patterns, and best coding practices.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-based deployments.

Strong understanding of ERP domains (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations).

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS ERP, performance optimization, and security compliance.
