Job Overview

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a capable and results-driven Head of EPC with 4–5 years of experience in leading EPC operations for solar projects. The role involves managing end-to-end EPC execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, compliance, and profitability of solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) functions for solar projects.
• Oversee project planning, execution schedules, BOQs, and budgets.
• Supervise system design, technical drawings, and approvals.
• Manage procurement of solar equipment, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with DISCOs, NEPRA, and net metering regulations.
• Coordinate with sales, project managers, and site teams.
• Monitor project quality, safety standards (HSE), and timelines.
• Control EPC costs and ensure project profitability.
• Resolve technical and site-related challenges effectively.
• Prepare EPC progress and performance reports for management.
• Lead, train, and evaluate EPC and site execution teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 4–5 years of proven experience as Head of EPC or similar leadership role in the solar industry.
• Strong knowledge of grid-tied, hybrid, and net metering solar systems.
• Hands-on experience with DISCO approvals and compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple solar projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
