Title: Procurement Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage procurement activities in accordance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and best practices. The role involves ensuring timely, cost-effective, and transparent procurement to support program and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations, and local procurement laws

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers

Prepare and review procurement plans, tenders, bid evaluations, and contracts

Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Coordinate closely with finance, programs, and logistics teams

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field

3-5 Years Experience preferred

Relevant professional experience in procurement, preferably with an NGO, development sector, or donor-funded projects

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiations

Job Location: EME Lahore

Salary: 120,000 - 140,000 per month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
